Cancellation and changing policy

We currently offer 3 types of cancellation policy:
• Strict: customer will get full refund if they cancel 14 days before the experience date.
• Moderate: customer will get full refund if they cancel 7 days before the experience date.
• Flexible: customer will get full refund if they cancel 3 days before the experience date.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In the case of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events, Wegether will work with you and the guide to either reschedule the experience or offer a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Wegether reserves the right to request for and review supporting documentation from you in evaluating certain exceptional circumstances such as personal emergencies.
No-show Policy:
If you fail to show up for your booked experience without prior notice, the booking will be non-refundable.

If your reservation is canceled by your guide, we'll automatically give you a full refund. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at contact@wegethertravel.com and we will get back to you.

Please refer to the cancellation policy of your experience. A full refund depends on both the cancellation circumstances and the cancellation policy (strict, moderate, flexible) your experience is listed under.

It can take anywhere between 1 to 15 business days for your refund to appear in your account. In rare circumstances, your refund may take longer than 15 business days to process, we will inform you and keep you updated if that is the case.
